Return Window
We invite you to request a return within 30 days from your order's delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a successful refund, please ensure that:
- Items are completely unused, undamaged, and in their original premium packaging.
- Items show no signs of assembly or wear.
- The return includes all original components, tags, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Curations
Please note that certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance and promotional sale items
- Digital gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized furniture products
- Products returned without their original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact support@lumoryhomes.com before returning any item. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided upon approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected at the designated facility, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or has been submitted to a supplier, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In the rare event that your luxury piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lumory Homes will fully cover the return costs.
Important Note: You must notify our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumoryhomes.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage so we can expedite your replacement.
